Shipping policy

Items will be wrapped carefully and posted via Australia Post on the Thursday or Friday after the sale is finalised. Items can also be picked up by arrangement or delivered within Brisbane for a fee.

Items are sent as standard which includes a tracking number and up to $100 insurance (if damages do occur, please photograph the item and packaging and we can submit a claim).

If you would like extra insurance, signature on delivery, registered or express post, please contact me directly and I can adjust your order to include extra fees. 

Items over 1m cannot be sent via Australia Post, however, I am happy to work with a courier of your choice for larger items.

I do ship internationally but please be aware that this is costly. Contact me directly and we can discuss a quote.
